Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
Providing product or service information to customers
Processing orders, applications, refund and requests from customers
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their satisfaction is achieved
Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management
Keeping updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information
Managing and updating customer accounts and information
Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer issues
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback
Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
