Evaluation:

Selected applicants will be invited to participate in a comprehensive test-based evaluation.

Verification

Credentials of candidates who pass the test-based evaluation will be authenticated.

Incubation

Verified candidates join our three-month training program to assess their career level and sharpen their skills, receiving a monthly stipend of $400 during the program.

Placement

Upon completing the training program, candidates will be inducted into the full-time workforce and have the opportunity to negotiate a competitive salary package.

Onboarding

The company you're placed with will warmly welcome you and provide a comprehensive induction, ensuring you seamlessly integrate into their systems and culture.
